Is it possible to create Graphic Overlay to parts other then Valves or Coupling, this is a very useful way and lowers the file size (i prefer this way rather creating a user shape).

I don't think so. Only certain items have that ability currently.

Yes Only Valves and Couplings are supported at this stage

Not sure if they will add more in the future, but to check, you can look through the catalog component data tables and if there is are properties for subfolder and drawing name, then it can use a block overlay.
