Hello guys,

We cannot see the support tag in Navisworks.
I have encountered this problem before, back then installing an OE solved it for me. Now it doesn't seem to work.

I saw some support descriptions in the selection tree, but I cant't find a way to show them as support properties.

Any ideas?

Which version of CADWorx/ Navisworks ? I recall that with the 2016 release of CADWorx, the support objects changed as evidenced by the new CEDIT dialog for supports.

I could be mistaken but the issue is with Navis as it has a problem reading how the new supports are grouped together.

Yeah - it's there, just difficult to find. The newer supports put the top-level "assembly" information into a small proxy object which is hidden by the pipe if not the sub-components.

dgorsman is correct,as of CADWorx 2016+, all information of the pipe supports are stored in a small X symbol object that you will not be able to select unless you zoom in like crazy or manually select it on the standard tree in selection view.

I've been talking about this to intergraph for the past 2 years hopefully 2018 will get a fix.

We are using CADWorx 2016, Navisworks 2017
So installing those OE's will not help.

I hope they fix this soon.
It's hard if you can't see support details in Navisworks.
