I am having an issue with the supports in CADworx. If i create a support in the PRJ I make sure to check the box that specifies to increase support size if component is insulated. The first image shows the support on standard pipe, which shows correctly.(first image)

Now if I insulate that pipe and try to add the same support I get an error message.(second image)

Can anyone help me out here?

check the other box as well that says use the next bigger size if unavailable. it is looking for a 7.5" size which isn't there. you want it to round up to 8".
