I have trouble in specifying inputs with reducing nipple with threaded and butt weld end.

Where and how to do it.

All CADWorx components are, by default "end by end" e.g. flange-by-flange, threaded-by-threaded, and so on. If you want separate end types that include proper engagement lengths, you will need to use the sanitary components along with a data file that has been set up for the correct lengths, size combinations, etc.

Nipple components behave differently, they give you the option of specifying start and end options



Command: _NIP

25 NIPPLE, S/XXS SMLS, ASTM A-106 GR B

Pick start point or [Length/Close] :
Pick other end point:
Starting end option [Threaded/Bevel/Plain]

Isn't that a swage? If you use the swage command it will ask for the end type.
