Hey is there any freelance support gurus out there? I don't have paid maintenance and for the first time in a long time I'm running into a problem with cadworx. I got someone else's cad file from a plant3d project that they converted to regular autocad. I xref'd that into my new template to use a background and all of a sudden my flanges don't have a raised face and the studs only model as a singe bolt and single nut instead of a set. Seems to be an issue with 3denhanced modeling mode. So its not the end of the world, just a really weird problem I'd like to know how to fix if anybody has any ideas. Converting to solid mode and back to 3denhanced doesn't cure it. auditing, purging, all that sort of thing doesn't help. I purged proxy's in the xref, etc. Using bricscad with cadworx 20

I haven't seen that before, but I wonder if there are blocks for flanges and bolts that are affecting it. If the problem flanges and bolts are blocks or even nested blocks, this might cause this issue. I'm not sure where else to start except to examine the problem items to see what they are and how AutoCAD might react to them. If this is something you would like ECE to dig into let us know and we can look at a support retainer.
