just installed cadworx 2020 on autocad 2020. Having an issue with pipe support and Isogen added text. I double click on a support to edit and then click on isogen button. In the Message section i type in text to the text box. I save the model. If i open same model again there is no text showing in the text box. If i run an isometric the text that i put in is showing in the iso and if i open the same model in cadworx 2019 i can see the text.

Have you applied HF3 for 2020 ?

I reported it about a month ago. Looks like it'll be 2021 for the fix

MTOWorx has the ability to view and change the ISOGEN data You can even update the ISOGEN data on multiple components at the same time.

Looks like HF3 also does not resolve. If you want to edit the isogen message, you can just type in the new message. Takes a little longer, but not excessively so.

If you want to remove the message, just add a space.
