Have an issue that keeps coming up with the spec editor. We use indexcodes for valves for all our specs. When creating a spec we first check to make sure an indexcode has been created for that valve. If so then we choose the correct indexcode value from the dropdown and it puts the correct description in and all is well. We save and it is good. But for some reason when we open that project back up some of the valves in the specs lose their indexcode value and the description gets lost. We have to re-select the correct indexcode value from the drop down and save again. It will keep happening every time we open the project.

Any ideas what could be causing this?
