Trying to create expander flanges, which is reducing but on the opposite side. What is the best way to create these in specifications?

i am using UserShapes for the time being but would like to see if there was a better option.

I had someone suggest using the reducer with special end types. the issue is when adding them in there the reduction is opposite normal so it gives problems with connection points and sizing. I believe I'll have to stay with the user shapes for these items.
