Is Office 365 (specifically Access) compatible with CADWorx 2019?

Before I began picking up where I left off with Access 2010 and having just upgraded, I would appreciate your input, experiences, etc.

CADWorx P&ID (Pro) appears to still have limitations compared to Plant as far as its reliance on the default configuration file name and was wondering if it was the limiting factor on the Access version used as well.
