Cadworx Plant 2019 SP2 w/ OEs 2019 and 2019SP1 are loaded. When I am in a model without a structure being loaded I can zoom and rotate in 2dwireframe or any other visual style without any issues. As soon as I load the Cadworx 2019 structure into my model I can only work with 2dwireframe. All other visual styles are extremely slow. I wanted to check and see if anyone else had this issue. I did not have this issue with the Cadworx 2018 software.

You need to install SP2 for Structure also. I think any models you have done also need to be opened in structure 2019 SP2 and resaved.

This will resolve the issue.

I already have the SP2 for both Plant and Structure loaded and that is what I've been working in. I also have the basic OE and OE SP1 loaded to make sure to see the steel. I have been talking to Hexagon and they are telling me that there should be another OE hotfix coming soon to help fix this issue. was hoping someone out there would have had this issue. Do you think i would need to do uninstall on Structure and re-load?

I am not sure. I also had this issue, but the latest service packs fixed it for me.

Maybe is a little bit out of topic, but I tested AutoCAD 2020 and it has significant improvements in 3D navigation than previous versions.

I tested with one big Cadworx model with xref structures exported from Tekla.

Where did you find an object enabler for 2020?

I was not aware that you could load the CW 2019 into AutoCAD 2020.

I had a phone conversation/web meeting with a rep from Hexagon today about this same issue. They are aware of the issue and video'd our meeting, he will be submitting to development for their input. He did mention that another OE hotfix should be coming out soon. They are also working on an SP3 for 2019 but did not feel like the visual style issue would be in that fix. The SP2 was supposed to fix the lag while in 2dwireframe but could have messed up the other visual styles while doing so. Thank you for your input though.
