I have installed CADWorx 2019 without any problems on a couple of PC's. While installing on another PC the PC crashed (no fault of CADWorx, power problem) hald way through install. Went back to PC and went to install again. When i did i get a message saying there is an existing or higher version already installed and i need to uninstall using control panel/programs and features before reinstalling. I checked my control panel/programs and features and CADWorx 2019 isn't listed so can't uninstall it. Checked though REGEDIT to see if it is listed and also not there either. Because of this i now cant install. Anyone have a fix?

Maybe try the command line uninstaller?

[Root Directory]\CADWorxSetup.exe /Uninstall /silent

for example ours would be,

C:\Temp\CADWorx_2019\CADWorxSetup.exe /Uninstall /silent

A last resort is to reimage your computer.

Sorted it, after making sure it was removed using control panel i then went in through REGEDIT>HKEY_LOACL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE. I tried this earlier but looked under Intergraph when i should have looked under Hexagon PPM. Once i looked under Hexagon PPM I was able to delete CADWORX folder.
