I have one drawing that freezes when opening, on any CADWorx computer. It gets to 31% and then the whole application locks up. How can we diagnose a drawing like this? If I open it in straight AutoCAD (no ARX load) I can only see proxy objects, which I can do nothing with.

Its really difficult to give you a solution without having access to the file. A number of things can cause this.

1. Make a backup of the current drawing and try run the recover command on it.

2. Start a blank drawing and try to insert this drawing as block and explode.

3. Install the object enabler so you can see the proxy objects in regular Autocad. Copy and paste to a new drawing.

4. Install a trial version of BricsCAD, run setup profile.exe to run CADWorx on BricsCAD. See if this combination is able to open your model.
