Has Intergraph done away with pipe ends all together in 2013? The CADWorx Plant II ribbon has a panel called Graphics / Pipe Ends but only has icons from PLANT-> GRAPHICS. The Pipe Ends toolbar is also no longer available and I haven’t found anything useful in the Help menu either.

More and more I am finding things that I had come to depend on in CADWorx to be missing from 2013. Certainly things I can overcome, but in the meantime, I'm constantly stumbling over these "improvements" Intergraph has made.

It was definitely a better product under COADE.

I also noticed it has been removed, why I cannot say, however I have never used them mainly cause I always had to adjust the scale of these symbols when working in paperspace.

The baseball symbol is still available from the ...2013\Plant\Support folder as baseb.dwg

The referenced graphics-only functions were removed as we found our user base largely wanted to manage their own symbol libraries through the available Tool Palettes etc. which accommodate the full range of native graphics functionality available with each new AutoCAD version released. Commands providing CADWorx-specific functionality (as opposed to Graphics-only) are in place as they comprise tools not available otherwise.

We are always looking for feedback from our users on feature request or functionality improvement, I would ask that you please submit any thoughts through eCustomer at https://crmweb.intergraph.com/. This will allow us to bring your feedback into the development process directly and prioritize their implementation accordingly.

We've never used that symbol, instead using our own. I just replaced it with a dynamic block with resize and end view/side view visibility states. As noted, we can do better with what we need than some overly generic OOTB symbol.

Excellent! I don't use the CADWorx dimension tools, could you remove them from the next version please? [/sarcasm]
