Is it possible to get Cadworx Tags (eg. a valve tag #) to display in the Navisworks properties window?

To my knowledge yes, these are called Quick Properties. There is a setup for this in the Navisworks options somewhere.

If you have CDX 2013, you need Navis 2013.

For anything else, use Van's suggestion with one addendum, make sure you have a CADWorx model already in Navis when you add the Quick Properties.

How can in used my old 3D models (make form CADWorx2010)in new version CADworx2013 in editable data.

CADWorx 2013 R2 is rumored to have a conversion utility. I believe it will be available next year some time.

In the interrim I have found that a DBFGEN and DBFIN works pretty well to convert legacy models.

The critical part is that you have to convert the legacy specs first.
