is there a way to do a weld count if I haven’t used weld gaps in my model?

If you are running iso's then you can get a list of the welds on each iso with a weld definition file.

If you are using CADWorx 2013, there is a new command called AUTOWELD. This will automatically place weldgaps every where in the model after it has been completed.

You can then run the WELDTOTAL command
