I have run into an issue across multiple users and multiple ISOGEN styles on our network. We are getting an Unhandled Exception Error when attempting to extract an isometric using the insulation symbol from the ISOGEN supplemental dialog (Unhandled Exception C0000005 (Access Violation reading 0x0000) at Address A6F812F0h). Flow arrows export properly, but the insulation symbol does not. Of note, a PCFEXPORT fails on in the insulation symbol as well. Finally, adding a wall or floor penetration to the line will allow the isometric or PCF to be created, but not all the lines in the model need this extra symbol.

For reference, I am using CADWorx 2017 R1 SP1 (Version 17.1.1.104) for production work. I also have CADWorx 2019 installed for beta testing before roll-out to other designers. When I try the same insulation symbol in CW 2019, I do not get the error.

Does this error indicate corruption of the CADWorx 2017 installation? Is this a problem with the ISOGEN style?

Thanks for the help,
Nick
