Hi Again.
Can anybody tell me is there a way to get the model file name in putted into the Iso automatically.
As we are using multiple models with multiple designers and need some way of
placing the individual model file name into the extracted Iso for traceability using Isogen.

Not easily. The only way that comes to mind is using the pipeline properties, FDF, and other files and associate a value to a -600 or -900 IDF series.

If each model is setup with its own CFG file, you can set one of the project ISOGEN attributes to the model name using the ISOGENPROJECTDATASETUP command. The attribute used for the file name can then be referenced/placed in teh POS file.

Since this topic was last addressed has there been any updates to CADWorx that would allow us to get the model name on the iso without a user keying it in pipe line properties?
