Also, anyone know what would be causing this material list error?

Take a look at OS:5 for coordinate suppression. Cannot say I have ever seen that error on the BOM. I think the stacking is normal for that specific enclosure style.

Anyone have any idea how I could get my BOM on ISO's to breakout individually so our Fabricators can input Heat No's?

This is how the ISO's drop right now. I can get the graphics portion of the ISO to breakout individually but the BOM wont.

too many questions in one threat... smile .. so to try understanding your original question, do you want coordinates on your continuation or not ?

I attached a dwg showing how we need our BOM to match up with the Iso Graphics part numbering.

Sorry I already figured out the coordinate issue. Thanks!

Ive managed to get I-configure to drop our isos with non accumulated part numbers in the graphics only, but I need the BOM to match. in the graphics portion for instance you will see all pipe mark #'s separated out ie. (1.1) (1.2) (1.3) (1.4) but in the BOM it will just have mark # (1) with only one line item. We need the BOM to separate out all of these items like they are shown in the graphics so that each piece can be given heat numbers by our fab shop.

(if you right click the pics below and "open in new tab" the pics will expand larger to be easier viewed)

Notice the separated mark #'s in the graphics portion of the ISO are separated:

Now notice how ISOGEN will not separate mark #'s in the BOM to match the graphics:

Now this shows how we need the BOM to match the graphics. This is all done manually and very time consuming:

Are you running spool iso's (literally, as in the ISOGEN setting)? Or composite iso's?

Im not sure what that means, but I run Isogen batch from the model.

Have you tried the accumulation settings for Pipe components ? I recall vaguely there was a OS where you could accumulate everything except pipe. So each piece of pipe would be listed individually in the BOM.

ive tried playing with the accumulation settings but i cant get the BOM numbering to match the 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 convention, it numbers everything separately 1,2,3 etc... the other problem is that we need more than just pipe to break out for heat numbering but there is no accumulation setting that gets it right. i thought about using the accumulation settings in conjunction with the spec setup where pipe, nipples, flanges, olets, etc (everything that needs to not accumulate) gets set to "fabrication" and in the OS "fabrication" does not get accumulated. then everything else that can be accumulated get put in the spec as "erection" and the erection accumulation OS gets set to accumulate everything. I havent tried this yet but what i dont want to happen is Fabrication items get broken out in a separate sections as the Erection items in the BOM.

Some of the settings are dependent on the style being a spool iso. If you're running OOTB, then you're probably running a combined iso instead. There's a few other quirks, but they should all work in your favor since you're effectively running spool iso's anyways.

I had this once before when my isometric type was set to Fab only. Even though the bolts/gaskets were also set to Fab in the pipe spec, somehow isogen will omit the item bubbles, but still report the components to the bom.

Changing to a Combined isometric type worked for me.

well it looks like this is an issue with spec change... i have a line with a SS150 spec insulating gasket set and then the line goes to CS150. for some reason its not putting the bubble on that gasket and bolt but if i put a standard spec gasket there it drops bubbles fine.
