We suffered with this issue for several weeks. In my case problem was not due to the Registration/pisogenwrapper.cmd file, but due to the compatibility of pisogenwrapper.exe file.
Finally, all users were able to extract "good" isometrics from their m/c, when we Fix the pisogenwrapper.exe compatibility using admin login as shown in the attachment.
I started getting the same error for "bad" isometrics like lines with disconnection, gap etc.
Finally we resolved this issue by installing CADWorx 2018 on the same m/c. finally user can extract isometrics with no issues from both 2018 and 2016 CADWorx.
it also resolved I-configure application launching issue (it used to take several hrs to launch the application due to several window installer popup) for both version.
