We have two users who experience the same issue with IsoGen using CADWorx Plant Pro 2019. They have never been able to use it without experiencing the Unhandled Exception - please see attached file.
I am getting it too. I can run a couple of Iso's with no problem, but the third errors out. If I go into the SETUP and APPLY and CLOSE it will allow me to run it again. Let see what Intergraph says.

My network admin got in contact with Support and they worked with our user to rectify the issue. All I know is that we re-installed the application, and included the VC++ libraries it was missing (see attached), and the user was guided to the proper steps to take.
