I have a line with two separate insulation specs. Everything else is the same. When I run an iso the insulation spec break is shown but it is the same insulation text either side of the break.

Place a fake (field) weld there and make the skey blank. That will break it up and give you what you want.

A screen shot or something would help show the situation. For example if these are two pieces of pipe connected end-to-end, ISOGEN will frequently join them into a single piece (and sometimes only draw one of them). You cannot currently have a semi-insulated run of pipe in CADWorx.

Placing the "fake" weld as I describe above will work for the insulation, but if you utilize cut lengths on isos, or non totaled pipe on the BOM, then the fake weld would not work for you. Otherwise, it works great.

Cadworx will "heal" the pipe together if you try to place separate pipe to get the insulation different. You can turn off that rule temporarily. But again, if pipe cut lengths are a concern then answer is no.

I am curious as to how you managed two different insulations on one run of pipe.
