I have seen this before when the Pipe components in the Spec/PRJ have a BW Isogen Symbol Assigned. I would recommend changing that to default, then run a convertfromprjdata on the model and iso again.

Van, is this what you're referring to on the pipe itself?

At this point we cannot do a convertprj we have too many manual edits/notes/tags in the components. is there a way to select just pipe and update the end types of do a convertprj on just pipe?

The convertfromprjdata you can do on selected components, you can also set the changedata piperule to not remove any of your manual edits for things like tag / linenumber / description etc.

I will need to test it, but you could ICEDIT the problematic pipes and change the endtypes there from BW to default.

do you know of a way to globally select all pipe in a model to use the convertprj command similar to a qselect?

Holy Moly that was the ticket! MTOworx coupled with ICEDIT allowed me to globally select all pipe and change the end types. this doesnt work with convertfromprjdata but it still fixed my issue! thanks buddy!

I don't know if anyway to select just the pipes ala QSELECT, closest is that you could use the LineView Palette Search options and set a filter for pipe. You could rightclick and CEDIT directly from the palette.
