Regarding Dynamic Analysis We have some query.

1) While preparing " Time vs Force" profile to generate DLF spectrum, how many max or min number of cycles we can consider for slug hits the elbow?

2,3,4,5 & where is the basis available to decide such numbers of cycles?

Client asking to have basis for such theory.

2) In COADE seminar notes Sec 4.1.2 System response Time vs Timing of Load Change.

By various graphs, it is explained that "the fact that before the restraints can fully react to the applied load,the load has been removed.therefor the induced reaction loads are much lower than would occur under the static load of the same magnitude".

Query: whether these "restraints" included Springs, Snubbers?

Springs will count for this theory?
