Will any of the planned changes or enhancements in V5.0 include changes to the neutral file.
V4.5 added a reducer element.

This affects me because we use a conversion program to export/ import PDMS info with Caesar II that uses the neutral file interface. Currently planning some upgrades to it and the question came up of will the neutral file change like last upgrade?
