Dear sirs,

I've recently updated Service Pack 2 for CAESAR II 2013 R1 (06.10) which is the latest version on the 'PPM Siebel eCustomer'
After updating and rebooting my PC, I wasn't able to access to CAESAR II.
Whenever I try to activate the SW, it crashes and shows me this message 'envelope internal error e0003'

After short googling, only result I can find is a post related to LDK v6.4 something, but I think it's not the problem I have.

Please help me on this,

FYI, OS is win7-32bit, and the PC's spec is i7 CPU, 4GB ram, geforce GTX 650

* My company does have CAESAR II 2011 version, so it doesn't cause much problem(that I can use the SW), but I think I should solve this problem ASAP.
