Whenever I try to make a new Structural model I get an error message as soon as the units selection dialog box pops up.

It states C2S.exe error and that 0x00476778 error with the referenced memory.

Any ideas what the problem could be?

If I click the cancel button to debug the program, it just shuts it down, and if I click ok, it just shuts it down.

I have contacted tech support but no answer yet.
