Any suggestions for this colleague:

I can't find a copy of NUREG 1061, I have searched the usually reliable US Nuclear Regulatory Commission website without any luck, and I have tried all the NUREG/BR, NUREG/CP etc collections and ADAMS. I have posted the link to the reading room collections:

I have also tried Google, which comes up with a lot of hits, but they all seem to be documents that reference NUREG 1061 and not the document itself.

I would be happy to see any other suggestions on where I might find a legitimate copy of NUREG 1061.
