I’m modeling a non splitter aircooler header. Since the inlet is at a different temperature from the outlet, what temperature should I use to model the header? I would tend to think the average temperature would be the most suitable, but there’re opinions that suggest the header should be model: inlet temperature for the inlet header and outlet temperature for the outlet header. How can this be an accurate model if it’s same header with an internal plate that separates the inlet from the outlet?
