Considering the use of fig. 323.2.2B for reduction in the lowest exemption temperature without impact testing it is necessary to calculate the maximum stress ration according to general notes (a).

It seems to me that for FPSO applications it is necessary to consider acceleration. But I not sure about how to consider it.
In a previous discussion here, indicated to use the load case:

L1: W+P1+T1 (SUS for the stress ratio).

For a traditional loadcase in a FPSO I would include the acceleration as that:

L1: W+P1+T1
L2: W+P1+T1+U1
L3: W+P1+T1+U2
L4: W+P1+T1+U3
L5:L2-L1
L6:L3-L1
L7:L4-L1
L8: L5,L6,L7 (SRSS)
L9:L1+L8

Should I consider the L9 above as the load case for determining the stress ratio?
