Hi All,

I've been trying to use the API 610 module to substantiate a pump. But every time I run the module it just crashes, I don't get an error code, just a windows pop-up saying API 610 has stopped working.

Has anybody had similar problems? is there an easy fix?

Please open a Support Request on Smart Support. Make sure you include details regarding:

- What Operating System are you using - Windows 10?
- What Version of CAESAR II are you running - v.9, v.10?

- When does the crash occur, during input or during analysis?
- Is there a data file that you can send in?
