Hello to all!
I perform the stress analysis of a carbon steel pipeline of 1.5m diameter and 3.5Km length, in CAESARII.
Somewhere in the model there is an elastic (natural) bend, of 7.6 degrees with a radius of curvature equal to 1000m. Although I can model this in CAESARII, I cannot enter the supports because they are on the bend (the bend length is around 130m and the pipeline is supported every 6.5m). How could I model this bend with its supports?
I would appreciate any help!

Say your system is 10->20->30 with an elbow at 20, triggered on 10->20.

Caesar places an invisible node 19 at the mid-point, which you can control in the bend dialog. Thus, if you create an element 19-40, it will draw that onto the elbow.

Now, since I imagine you have a spectacularly long elbow and you need multiple supports. The solution is to instead of have one bend at 10-20-30, you actually need several bends 10-20-30-40-50-... with the angle of each bend a fraction of the 7.6 degrees.

I urge you to draw it out and double check your trigonometry and algebra to get your bend lengths exactly right.
