Dear Sir,

I have query regarding Local Element forces, Global Element Force & Retrain Summary.

Is local Element forces & Global Element forces give actual force acting or it show reaction of generated force ?

As Retrain Summary force value is same as global Element force but Direction is opposite.

So please clear which will give actual force in Global Direction ? it's restrain summary or Global element force ?

The Element Forces & Moments reports - local & global - show the load on the pipe. The Restraint reports show the load on the restraint.
Static analysis results will show that ever node in your system is in equilibrium.

For Local restrain of Horizontal Pipe, Z will be Vertical Direction means parallal to Direction of Force generated by Weight. So Fz of local Restrain & Fy of Restrain Summary might have same direction. But it is Opposite in Caesar Results. ? So which will give actul Force due to weight on restrain ?

Let me correct, If i m wrong.

First I found Local X & Local Y co ordinate & then applied right hand thumbh rule, then Local Z force will be Negative. then as per my above qut. Fz of Local Restrain & Fy of Restrain Summary will be in Opposite Direction. Is it ok ?

Not really sure what you are asking. Is it the sign change between pipe loads and restraint loads? The restraint report shows forces and moment ON the restraint. The pipe load reports show the load on the pipe. Therefore, equal and opposite.

Local forces output assumes the reader knows the directionality of the element the restraint is on when defining Fxx, Fyy, Fzz, Mxx, Myy, Mzz.

If you align Global and Local to match directions, and apply a load Fxx=Fx.

If you rotate that piping configuration around, you can get any Fxx->-Fx, +/-Fy, etc.

It's even more confusing when there's no way to assign/determine the axial rotation of a given piping element.
