I have a problem with a vessel that has both a pipe supported by a hanger from the vessel shell (with thermal movement) and a flexible nozzles in order to establish nozzle loads. It seems that when I disable connect geometry through cnodes so the supports do not actually connect, I can not have a vessel node stipulated under the Nozzle Flex screen. Has anyone else experienced this problem and is there an acceptable work around solution?

Which Nozzle Flex module are you using? WRC, API, or PD?

If it's API, when you run the error check, displacements are provided to you and you can manually enter them as static displacements, and disable the Nozzle Flex feature.

Could you please open an SR on Smart Support and send in this model?
