stressman091 Member Registered: 09/26/15 Posts: 1 Loc: Canada	Hi, I am just wondering why liberal allowable stress equation (b) is usually used in Caesure II rather than equation (a) as per ASME B31.3 Is this because of sustained loads (Sl) or less conservetive?
