You will have to submit a Support Request on Smart Support to have this issue addressed. Please include the following information:
1) What exact version of CAESAR II do you have installed, including any Service Packs or Hot Fixes (we need the build info from the lower right of the Main Menu).
2) How many instances of Isogen/I-Configure do you have installed?
3) What version of Windows (such as Windows 8.1 French)?
