You might be able to work with the neutral file. Export a neutral file from your existing model to create the .CII file. You can then replace the bad numbers with the proper rigid weight if you know what the bad numbers are. This will be easy if all the flanges that are labeled as 250000 are all to have the same weight. But if such a number (e.g., 250000) appears for different rigid weights, you will not be certain of which one is which. (This will be obvious when you look at the rigid element weight list in the .CII file; it's just a list of weights and which one is which is not obvious.) Once you are done with your changes, go back to the program to convert your .CII back to a CAESAR II input file.
If it is any consolation, the next version of CAESAR II will have find and replace capability in the various program lists.
