Why am I seeing passing results on a nozzle when I use a temp of 0 but with I use a temp of +1 or -1 it fails? I agree that the nozzles should fail at -1 and +1 but I am missing something for why it is not failing for the zero temp.

Ambient: 70 F

-1 F: Fail
0 F: Pass
1 F: Fail

Operating Load Case: W+T+P

When you input zero, Caesar II takes it as thermal expansion instead of temperature.

To further explain:

There is a setting in the Configuration (ALPHA_TOLERANCE), which defines the line between expansion coefficients and temperatures. Any value less than the alpha tolerance is treated as an expansion coefficient, any value above the alpha tolerance is treated as a temperature.
