In the Caesar II 5.30,we can find the file c2TR.pdf in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Intergraph CAS\CAESAR II 5.30\C2_Docu . But in the CAESAR II 2013 R1,we can not find the file c2TR.pdf in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Intergraph CAS\CAESAR II 2013 R1\C2_Docu. If the file in the two ver. is the same, or we can find the file in another place?
The other question is about we can find the file "Language-Key.txt" in C:\Program Files (x86)\Intergraph CAS\CAESAR II 2013 R1\C2_Docu. It means we can use the program in other language or we can find the menu file had been write by other language?

That file no longer exists. The User's Manual and the Technical Reference Guide have been merged into a single document.

Yes "language-key.txt" is there to describe the other language directories. As of v.6.10, CAESAR II supports multiple languages. The first language supported is Japanese. There are other languages in the works, but not available in v.6.10.

We have a number of translations ready, and we are now adjusting the size of various dialogs and windows so all of the text fits.

I contacted the Intergraph Channel Sales Manager in China. He says they have translated all the CAESAR II manuals to Chinese since March 2016.
If yu are currently on CAESAR II maintenance through that office, your company is eligible to get a Chinese CAESAR II manual at no charge.
