I'm trying to model burred pipe for the first time and got an error while running the Underground Pipe Generator.

"ERROR --------------
Kup or Kdown, and either Pup or Pdown must be specified.
Check all stiffness values for nonzero entries."

I'm not sure what it is asking me to do...
Here is my input and I've attached some screen shots.

BASIC SOIL PROPERTY DATA:
SOIL MODEL NUMBER = 2
CAESAR II BASIC MODEL
FRICTION COEFFICIENT (Optional if Su entered) 0.000
SOIL DENSITY (Required) ............(lb./cu.in.) 0.058
BURIED DEPTH TO TOP OF PIPE .............. (in.) 72.000
FRICT. ANGLE (Sand=27-45;Silt=26-35;Clay=0)(deg) 22.500
UNDRAINED SHEAR STRENGTH (Clay) Su .(lb./sq.in.) 29.170
OVERBURDEN COMPACTION MULTIPLIER (>1)........... 8.000
YIELD DISPLACEMENT FACTOR (>0).................. 0.015
THERMAL EXPANSION COEFFICIENT xE-6 (L/L/deg F ) 6.230
TEMPERATURE CHANGE, Install-Operating (deg F ) 10.000

I barely know what I'm doing so... help?

We can't use our data without the model. Please open a Support Request on Smart Support, and send in your model (job files).

Change your soil model from "1" to "2" in your element listing.
"Soil Model 1" indicates that the user supplies stiffness and load data in those columns to the right.

Look at the model number assigned to your soil data.
