How can i change code in caesar II .
Some line need to B31.3 and another line is b31.8,
how can i apply ?

On the first element, check the "Allowable Stress" checkbox, then select the appropriate piping code in the auxiliary dialog to the right.

Repeat this operation anytime the piping code changes. You can have multiple piping codes in the same CAESAR II model.

I have more problem. when i apply B31.8 and temp case 2 is -29,

I have error for 60E "On element 40 to 50 the TEMPERATURE for case 2 is OUTSIDE the allowed range for this material.

but asme B31.8 API 5L X52 is accept temp-29.

For your version of CAESAR II, check the Quick Reference Guide for the Edition of the B31.8 Code supported. If I remember correctly, older Editions of B31.8 only provided expansion coefficients down to 32 degF.

I wanna make sure , Im using version 5.1 and 2014 and i can apply in 2014 but i cant use 5.1.. is it right ?
