I wanted the SIF values for welding tee for D/T is more than 100.

Run Pipe size is 42" & Thk is 9.525 mm.
&
Branch pipe size is 42" & Thk is 9.525 mm.

You need to consider using FEA to get SIF's, have a look at PRG's FE-Pipe.

The Piping Codes warn that SIFs and Flexibilities (as provided by the Codes) are limited to D/t values less than 100. You should consider FEATools, which implements the equations found in ASME PT-073.
