I have been handling this analysis based on the attached file.

My question is , whether we can compare the stresses induced in sus+occ combination case with expansion stress range ?
I have been comparing the induced stresses with 1.33 SH.

Not usually - your combining primary stresses, hence the of k*Sh, where "k" is defined by the applicable Piping Code. That is why in the reference document the allowable is 1.20 * Sh.
