why dynamic analysis shoud be based on 4Hz, what is defination of 4Hz. Thanks

Some would say that the lowest mechanical natural frequency of a piping system should be above 4 Hz in order to avoid problems caused by resonant system response to possible operational or environmental forcing frequencies.
