The requirements of paragraph 119.10 equation 18 of ASME B31.1 is NOT ALLOWED, by a supplier, for computing Hot Reactions for pipe supports and/or equipment nozzles due to the complex nature of their systems. The Hot Reactions will be assumed to be those generated in the piping system analyses using the cold modulus of elasticity (Ec).
In Caesar, the only way is replacing the modulus of elasticity for hot conditions with the cold modulus of elasticity?

CAESAR II defaults to Ec for all B31 load cases. You have to manually select Ehx in the "Load Case Options" tab of the "Static Load Case Editor" if you want to use a hot modulus.
