Does anyone else get the OutP02 error?:

"This method or property is not available because the Clipboard is empty or not valid."

If so, do you have any reliable way to fix it?

I run into it sporadically, and my "fixes" work sporadically. I normally send my output to Word, and that is when I get the error notification.
Sometimes I can get most of the cases to come out and it stops on one of the last ones, and sometimes it chokes on the very first report.
Sometimes I can get around the problem by exporting one load case/report combination a time, and sometimes I get the error at random when doing this.
Sometimes clearing my clipboard and/or closing and reopening the output window allows me to get a few cases to export.

I haven't tried to export to Excel this time, and it has been a while since this problem last occurred, but if I remember correctly, there are problems with that too. I don't think the error notification comes up, but when the report generation is "complete" one or more of my load case tabs are blank.

So, am I the only one this happens too?

Open a Support Request (SR) on eCustomer and send in the job file with instructions so we can reproduce this issue and provide an answer to you.

Well, I just tried something new (or I don't remember trying it before) and I either found a fix... or the problem isn't reliably replaceable. I'll run some of my own test a few more times and if I my fix falls though, I'll pass it on in a SR. Thank you!
