That mean the text(number)is longer that space allocated, you need to edit your output format.
See what is the particular "Load case" ( in your case EXP), in the static output processor which create the problem , select "Edit existing custom report template" or you can create a new custom report template.
Select the particular stress which show this, in your case torsion, go and increase the column width.
