while modeling structure in caesar 6.1, caesar stops working with an error like...problem caused the program to stop working correctly, windows will close the program.

it happens when i enter the dimensions dx, dy, dz
i have increased the memory 1024 in caesar.

kindly guide...even if it is not technical

This could be caused by your graphics driver. From the CAESAR II Configuration module (Display Options), change the driver from OPENGL to Windows Basic. If this doesn't resolve the issue, open a Support Request on eCustomer.

I have the same problem, it doesn't related to the openGL I already changed it to the classic, but I am using Windows 7 64bit system, and the issue happen only in structural module, I can not even open the example from the library. CAESAR support is not responsive, they told me they forward it to upper level but nothing yet.

What is your Support Request ticket number?

What exact version/build of CAESAR II are you running?
