Where to get the Formula for the stress Intensification Factor Calculations?....
Does B31.3 (Appendix-D) contains the formula for all types of fittings which are used in CAESAR SIF/TEES?
If not where to get the respective formulas?...

I need those formulas for manual calculation.

Caesar operates to many piping design Codes. The sif's used for each are from the respective Code.

In any case, if you are going to do a manual calculation in accordance with a particular Code, you should have a copy of that document to fully understand it.

At present i'm working with ASME B31.3, where i didn't get the respective formulas for SIF Calclations for special fittings like SWEEPOLET,WELDOLET,LATROLET...
where can i get the required details sir?...

Check the "Intersection Types" page in the Quick Reference Guide (installed with the software).

Sweepolet = Welded-in, Contour Insert
Weldolet = Branch Welded on Fitting
Laterolet => this is not a "Code" fitting. Ask your vendor or perform an FEA analysis to determine this SIF. You're outside the scope of the Code here.
