Yes I agree, this is confusing. The problem here is that the units shown in the input grid, and in the title of the help are dynamic - that is they change to reflect the units system acitve at the time the input was created. (This is as it should be.)
However, the data in the table you show in the PDF is NOT dynamic, it is fixed. This particular help text shows the density values in lb/cu.in. and kg/cu.cm. We should improve this (make these values and the unit labels dynamic), or clearly state these are example values that may be different from the active units system.
I just reverified the conversion for the first row as follows:
4.33E-02 lb/cu.in. * 0.45359 kg/lb * 1 cu.in./16.387064 cu.cm. = 1.20e03 kg/cu.cm.
I'll have someone else recheck this, and we'll improve that "help text" display.
