Yes and No - you need to be careful with what you're looking at. For example, if you search on "A358 304 CL1" you find two entries:
1) A358 304 CL1 #193 "All Codes"
2) A358 304 CL1 #193 "B31.1"
Line #2 above is the entry for "A358 304 CL1" for the B31.1 piping code, and this entry will have the B31.1 allowable stresses. If you select this material for any other piping code, the allowable stresses are blank.
Similarly if you search on "A358 304L" you find these two entries:
1) A358 304L #196 "All Codes"
2) A358 304L #196 "B31.3"
Line #2 above is the entry for "A358 304L" for the B31.3 piping code, and this entry will have the B31.3 allowable stresses. If you select this material for any other piping code, then again allowable stresses are blank.
This is the purpose of the "All Codes" entry, it just contains mechanical properties. If you want to use such an entry in your run, you can do so, but you'll have to enter the allowable stress manually for each of your temperature values.
